Aladdin is the exclusive provider of catering on the CSU-Pueblo campus. Outside food is not allowed for any event unless a waiver or prior approval is granted by the Catering Director.
There are several changes to billing procedures beginning January 1, 2024.
We are changing some processes in the Aladdin Catering Billing Structure to both simplify and expedite the payment process as well as mitigate risk of nonpayment.
Beginning January 1st 2024, all Catering will be booked with a P-Card as opposed to an index code/ account number.
In the rare event that the catering exceeds a P-Card limit, the booking process will continue to use an account number but the billing will not go through Auxiliary Services but rather the Office of Financial Management.
It is vitally important, that all ABF's be submitted a week prior to the event as Aladdin has been instructed not to service any catering without this form.
For the P-Card process, you will receive an "Paid" invoice when your event is complete and that will be your receipt for the transaction.
