Elior is the exclusive provider of catering and dining services on the CSU Pueblo campus. Outside food from a vendor or prepared by the organization for ANY event is not permitted. Thank you.

All internal events for CSU Pueblo must also have an ABF attached to the order.

There is a $100 minimum order for food to be delivered. If an order is under $100, the food may be picked up from siniong or a delivery fee will; be assessed.

 Unfortunately, you are only able to order from one catering guide at a time. You may order from both for the same event, please not this under special instructions.

We provide extra paper goods and condiments for aesthetics, efficiencies and to be accommodating. Remaining items are not meant to stock offices and kitchenettes across campus. At the end of the event, if all of the cups, napkins, sweeteners etc… have been taken, there will be a fee of $50-$100 assessed, depending on the guest count for that event.
